Info Table Agaete Coffee
Agaete, España
With the increase of emigration to Latin America, specially to Cuba, many of those who returned to the islands brought coffee seeds with them. One such person was José Francisco Gil Rodríguez who in 1904, moved to Cuba, to work in the coffee and sugar cane plantations. In 1920 he bought the county state "El Vinculo" which had belonged to Antonio de Armas family and so already contained some of Antonio de Armas' coffee.
