St Denys' Church in Kelmarsh was built in the 14th century, with extensive reworking in the 19th century. It serves the small village with a monthly service, and is also used regularly for wedding ceremonies. Although it predates the manor house by some centuries, it was used as a chapel for Kelmarsh Hall. It is a grade II* listed building
