Swimming Fish Utility Box Art

Tacoma has been beautifying Tacoma with artwork from local artists on Electrical Boxes. Called the Traffic Wrap Project, artists have been using the city's utility boxes as their canvases. The art is printed on vinyl wraps, which cover up ugly graffiti, and prevents more by using a paint repelling laminate.
