Built in 1982, the Irvine Meadows Amphitheater (formerly Verizon Wireless Amphitheater) is the largest in Orange County. It has been host to such popular artists as Michael Jackson, Metallica, The Grateful Dead and more. The Pacific Symphony Orchestra takes up residence every summer with an evening concert series.
