Nesca Park Love Light

This is park graffiti with a twist someone comes out ever weekend after the grass is mowed and reapplys the exact same art work to the exact same spot, its happened so many times its been featured in the local news. Speculation is lady Light lives across from the park and can see this artwork from her house. Really no one knows why this artist does this but there is work starting shortly to make 'Love Light' a permanent art work
