The Church of St Peter

The church of St Peters was financed by the industrialist William Parsons of Neath. His only stipulation to the architect was that the church had to stand proud of the chimney stacks of his nearby factories. The church was built as a place of worship for his staff. It is rumoured that is was compulsory for all managers to attend the church.
