Solar arc is reversed sundial that shows the hour 3 times a day 9 a.m. To 12 noon and 3pm the sculpture has opening which allows a ray of light to fall on the Infinity loops markers installed on the ground indicating the hour the shadow of the scope to shows the seasons spring fall equinox and summer winter solstice is it falls across the Infinity loops
