Dimon Circle was subdivided from Dimon's family property, The Cedars, in 1922 with additional lots added in 1928. In 1924, the center portion of the district ( known as Rock Park) was subdivided by Charlie Frank Williams. Also in 1924, the southwest portion of the district ( known as Wynnton Heights) was subdivided by Hezekiah Land. Architectural styles represented in the district include Colonial Revival, Craftsman, English Vernacular Revival, and Spanish Colonial Revival.
