Frenchay Bridge 239A

Originally a lift bridge. Rebuilt as a fixed bridge. Frenchay Bridge No 239A is a minor waterways place on the Oxford Canal nothern section between Isis Lock Junction (1 mile and ½ furlongs to the south) and Wolvercote Junction (Junction of Duke's Cut with Oxford Canal) (1 mile and 7½ furlongs and 1 lock to the northwest).
