Mural by Sheffield artist Phlegm on the end wall of The Rag Factory, a mixed use arts centre. The Rag Factory has been host to countless exhibitions, and was a location in the Woody Allen film, You Will Meet A Tall Dark Stranger, with Antonio Banderas.
