Rigas Pestitaja Svetbildes Pareizticiga Baznica

Built as a temple in 1893 using money donated by Riga merchants. This church was consecrated by the bishop Arseny, who, during 10 years of being in duty built or found 70 temples, many christian schools and 3 monasteries. The most sacred item in this church is the Tihvinsk icon list which is decicated to small children that are sick, therefore parents from nearby Children Hospital come to pray.
