Once the site of Hoagy's Bar. This Locally well-known alternative bar was demolished to make way for the Leeds Victoria Gate Shopping Centre including the flagship John Lewis store. The centre was named Best Shopping Centre in the world at the 2017 MIPIM awards in Cannes.
