Campbell's Island Slough Trail

Campbell's Island Slough is a nice backwater for beginners and novice paddlers. Carry your boat down the beach area just upstream of the boat ramp for easy put-in and take-out. Ducks, geese and cranes frequent this area of the river. Intermediate paddlers can circumnavigate the island for an extended paddle.
