The Elam Caboose This historic caboose was originally donated by Illinois Central Gulf of railroad to Colonel Tom Elam. Old number 2618 was located next to the Elem log cabin until mid 2001 when it was taken off to be restored. Mrs. Kathleen Elam has graciously donated her late husband's caboose to the Obion County Chamber of Commerce. September 25th, 2001
