Col. Benjamin J. Moeller Center

This building erected by Milwaukee County for Youth and Aviation, Inc. in honor and memory of Col. Benjamin J. Moeller and all other members of Wisconsin Wing Civil Air Patrol, past and present who, by their untiring devotion to duty, and a sincere dedication to the tradition of sacrifice and service to their country, have inspired and encouraged the erection of this center for the training and development of the youth of Wisconsin who will be called upon in the future to carry on the objectives and purposes of the Civil Air Patrol.
