Cadiz, United States
By producing many men of national prominence, more than any other community of similar size, Cadiz stands as a testament to the value of small town life to America.
Bob Burns, deeply grateful for his small town youth in Van Buren, Arkansas, sought out towns that have fathered successful men. He found many, but leading them was Cadiz. To honor Cadiz and the small towns that contributed so much to American life, the Arkansas traveler presents this plaque.
Born in and near or living at Cadiz were:

General George A.
