Alvah G. Cowan Memorial Park

Originally called Triangle Park, it and Settlemier Park were the first two created in Woodburn. In 1984 the city council renamed the park to honor the city's first park superintendent. In 2013, the park was adopted by the Settlemier Knott Garden Society who has been recruiting community volunteers in beautification efforts.
