A local landmark for decades, Hans' offers baked goods and treats including the ever popular "beehive" laden with locally produced honey. The original owner, German baker Hans Birkner, passed away in the late 90's. After changing hands a few times during the economic downturn, the popular Anoka destination is being remodeled by its current owner, Kelly Olsen.
