Eagles of Finnstown Castle Hotel

Dublin, Ireland

On older maps, Finnstown is located just outside Lucan, Cuonty Dublin, isspelled “Fyan’s Town”. This means it was once a town belonging to a family called Fyan, whose name derives from the Latin word “paganus” for “countryman”or “peasant”.
