Eagle Mill
Canton, United States
On the West channel is the site of the four story grist mill built in 1842 by Henry Van Rensselaer, a 45 by 65 ft sandstone structure. Passing through many hands, in the early 20th century it was known as Bull is Mill. John P. Coakley purchased it in 1917 for use as a warehouse. The mill was razed in 1959 for the construction of the Cascade Motel.
