Dedicated to the memory of the Putnam County heroes whose lives were lost on September 11th 2001 and to all of the citizens of Putnam County who performed so valiantly in the rescue and recovery effort. May God bless all the innocent lives lost at the World Trade Center, the Pentagon and airline flights 11, 175, 77 and 93.
