Spoorlijn naar Scheveningen
Den Haag, Nederland
From 1907 until 1953 Scheveningen was connected by a train service. This was the first electrified railway of Holland. The line, operated by the ZHESM, connected Scheveningen and Rotterdam via Voorburg and Wassenaar. The tracks are long gone, but many landmarks still exist, such as the location of these 3 monuments. This path is the former track bed where the train would cut through the dunes.
