Oswald Kamm built a general store at Lorain Avenue and Rocky River Drive, the center of the neighborhood now known as Kamm's Corners. The apartment buildings he built nearby in 1909 are now office buildings. More about his life can be found in From Rockport to West Park, by Ralph Pfingsten.
