Located in the beautiful town of Hendersonville, we dedicated this building to the first Commissioner of Henderson County: J.J. Baldwin (1855-1921). Mr Baldwin was a visionary leader and a loyal citizen. He was a dedicated family man with a great sense of pride and faith in his community. In loving memory and honor of his granddaughter Francis, his great Granddaughter Cindy, and his great great grandchildren Dani and Christian.
