Artist Josef Norris worked with youth from our McKinley Elementary School site to create this dynamic multi-media mural. Mural paint, ceramic tile, reverse-painted glass and cut mirror combine in this vibrant under-water scene. This is a fantasy scene of dancers performing under the sea. The mosaic piece along the bottom of the mural represents a coral reef.
