O'Neill Reserve Monument

It is publicly accessible, as per the transcripts from the plaque below, and stands out from the nearby park site due to it's position on high on a hillside.] The parcel of land on which this monument stands was gifted to the city to be public reserve by its owners, Denis and Catherine (Joan) O'Neill. It's known as the O'Neill Reserve in recognition of the contributions made to the city by their various family members since the 19th Century.
