Creek Side Plaza Fountain

Creekside office plaza is San Leandro's first class A office complex. The development of the land began in 1980 and final completion came in 2010. Built on a 6.5 acre parcel, the plaza is now home to 230,000 square feet of office space and over 1,000 employees.
