Water Refuge at M1

A fountain made to commemorate the mighty Caleb and his heroic efforts in the city of Coquitlam. We thank him for his many years of hard work and to remember him as a true model citizen. In addition to his efforts here in Coquitlam, we remember his famous quotes "Thou shall not pass" and "Knowing is half the battle." Caleb, now named Sir Caleb, will forever be recognized as a national treasure, much like Celine Dion.
