We Rose above the Challenge by Swoon

This mural installed at the Challenge Preparatory Charter School as created by street artist Swoon. Developed and painted in collaboration with Groundswell Community Mural Project and youth from Super Storm Sandy effected areas (Coney Island, Far Rockaway, Staten Island and Red Hook). The mural depicts stories of overcoming the storm's peril and rebuilding.
