The Beetham Tower which includes the Hilton Hotel is the tallest lankmark in Manchester's skyline though the name of the tower is often shadowed by the Hilton one half way up the tower so it is often referred to as the Hilton Tower. The tower has a large projection on one side for balance as there is no wind break before the building.
